    • Monitoring: Watch platform performance and report any irregularities.
    • Reporting: Help create weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Account Support: Assist with routing and pricing updates.
    • Team Events: Join industry events and training sessions.
    • Growth: Learn directly from the Head of Operations to boost skills.
